1.Manner Temperature System
To visualize users' trading reliability, the Company operates a Manner Temperature. Manner Temperature starts at 36.5°C and is calculated automatically by combining factors such as the user's transaction satisfaction, accumulated reports, response speed and keeping of appointments.
| Temperature range | Meaning | Visibility policy |
|---|---|---|
| 40.0°C or higher | Highly trustworthy user | Top-priority visibility |
| 36.5–40.0°C | Regular user (default) | Normal visibility |
| 30.0–36.5°C | Caution needed | Reduced visibility weighting |
| Below 30.0°C | Suspected abnormal trading | Restricted visibility + warning badge |
| Below 20.0°C | Serious damage to trustworthiness | Trading restricted + automatic review |
Manner Temperature rises when transactions are completed and good reviews are received, and falls with accumulated reports, failure to keep appointments, no-shows and repeated cancellations.
